Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States and Canada.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on destination. Fragile items are professionally packed and insured, and you will receive a tracking number by email.
Is shipping free?
Orders over $300 ship free. Orders below $300 are charged a flat rate at checkout.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Start by emailing hello@homluce.com with your order number for a Return Authorization.
My fixture arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Materials and care
Are the materials really natural?
Yes. Our fixtures are made with natural alabaster and marble, hand-selected for each piece, paired with solid polished brass. Because the stone is natural, veining and tone vary from piece to piece — your fixture is one of a kind.
How do I care for marble and alabaster?
Dust regularly with a soft dry cloth. Never use acidic cleaners. Read our full care guide here.
Installation
Is installation difficult?
Plug-in fixtures are ready to use. Hardwired fixtures require basic electrical work — if you are not comfortable, we recommend a licensed electrician.
