You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Simple as that.
How to Return, in Four Steps
- Email us at hello@homluce.com with your order number
- We reply within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization and instructions
- Pack it securely — keep the original packaging; our fixtures are fragile and professionally packed
- Send it back — refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item, to your original payment method
Damaged on Arrival?
We pack every fixture with care, but shipping happens. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging — we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, and we cover the return shipping. No forms, no back-and-forth.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer for standard returns, except in cases of damage or defect, where we cover the cost and provide a prepaid label.

Can I return an item I have installed?
We ask that items be unused and in original packaging so we can offer them to the next home.
