Our Story

At Homluce, we believe lighting is the soul of a home — and that true luxury lives in what things are made of, not what they cost.

Our lights are carved from natural alabaster and marble, finished with solid, hand-polished brass. They’re designed to look as though they belong in a gallery — but built to be lived with, every single evening, for years.

There is, of course, a lot more to us. Free shipping over $300 and 30-day hassle-free returns. An almost obsessive habit of checking every fixture twice before it leaves our factory. A legendary (we think) love of warm light. And the fact that we make everything ourselves — we’re a lighting factory that decided to put our own name on the door, so the luxury is in the materials, not the markup. 

We’re a tight-knit team of makers who genuinely love what we do — and who (mostly!) do it with a smile, and with an unreasonable amount of care for things like the exact warmth of a 2700K glow.

We’re also very aware of the responsibility that comes with making things. We use natural materials that age gracefully, we design for the long term rather than chasing fads, and we obsess over packaging — because a stone lampshade that arrives in one piece is better for everyone, and for the planet.
